I have an uncle that has been at Complete Care at Madison for the last 8 years. I have to say, from day one, they made him feel like this is his home. I can truly say that from the nursing staff to the management office everyone is excellent and really care for the residents at this facility. They were always great at communicating with my family about any issues with my uncle. I cannot say enough about how thankful we having my uncle in this facility with these Real Heroes. My husband is currently a patient at the Complete Care at Madison and has received highly professional care and rehabilitation. The nurses are very vigilant and in my husband’s case, life-saving care has been given. We are very happy with the entire facility and highly recommend this facility to those who may need special care.

After a long disease, and being a caregiver for 33 years, I had to put my wife into a facility. I tried other facilities for rehab many times. When it came time to make the final decision I feel I got very lucky when I found Complete Care at Madison. I was greeted by a great well-informed administration with dignity and smiles. I was skeptical at first, but the help I received was more than than I expected. I have to admit that I was difficult to deal with at first because of experiences in the past, but that passed when I discovered how much help they were providing. From the nurse practitioner and nurses to the rest of the staff it has been a remarkable experience. With Covid-19 I was informed every day and still am to this day. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who has come to the point when it’s time to do so. My experience has been remarkable.

My mother has been a resident at Complete Care at Madison for the last 5 and a half years. We are so happy she ended up at Complete Care at Madison. She just celebrated her 100th birthday. The staff of the Complete Care at Madison have always taken very good care of her as well as the other residents. My family is very fortunate to have our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother there. She has a quality of life that we could not have provided to her. My Mom is ambulatory and likes to walk when she can. The staff did an excellent job in keeping all the families updated, daily, on what was happening there during this pandemic. We could not have been any more updated during the more critical time of the pandemic. We are so grateful to them.
